How long it takes
The makeup takes around 45 to 60 minutes per person, depending on the look. For a group we agree the order and time in advance, so you arrive relaxed at the event.
What is worn and what suits you
The general trend with gen Z is a defined eye plus dewy skin, with a glass skin effect, not heavy makeup. But what matters most is what suits you and your outfit. We start from the dress, from the theme of the evening and from how comfortable you feel with a more built-up look.
It holds on stage and through the dancing
On stage the light is strong and flat, and dancing brings heat and perspiration. I prepare the skin beforehand and set every layer, so the makeup holds from the presentation until late, even if it loses a little intensity under the artificial evening lighting.
It reads well in photos and on video
Makeup that looks good in the mirror can disappear completely in a photograph, especially with flash. That is why I build the contrast with the camera in mind, not only with what you see from 30 centimetres away.
A group look with the same direction of look
If several of you are coming, I keep the same direction of look so the whole group looks unified in photographs, each with the look that suits her. The price is 400 RON per person and we agree the order and the time in advance.
Book in advance
The ball and banquet season is short and gets crowded. Larger groups need several hours on the same day, so the date is held a few weeks in advance.
What products I use
I work with professional products bought by me. I am not a brand ambassador and I have no paid collaborations, so I choose strictly what holds up on skin and what looks good in photographs.
My kit includes YSL, Hourglass, Lancôme, Charlotte Tilbury, Pat McGrath, Natasha Denona, Make Up For Ever, MAC, Nars, Huda Beauty, Makeup by Mario, Rare Beauty and Fenty. I combine from several of them, depending on the skin type and on how long the event lasts.
Hours and travel
I work between 5:00 and 23:00, so I can take an appointment very early in the morning or one right before the event. I travel in Bacău and the surrounding area, Onești, Moinești, Comănești, Buhuși, plus Roman, Piatra Neamț and Adjud. The travel fee is agreed when booking, depending on the distance.
16 years of makeup
I have been doing makeup since 2010. I was invited as Head Makeup Artist at Miss England, at London Fashion Week and at private themed parties. I worked with the jewellery brand OPAL, on collection shoots.
