These terms describe how the services offered through this site work. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to them.

Who I am

The services are provided by COJOCĂRIȚEI IOANA-DIANA PFA, CUI 48293665, Reg. Com. F4/459/2023, with its registered office at Strada George Apostu 11, 600037 Bacău. Throughout this document you will find me as "Pucca diana".

Services

I offer professional makeup services (bridal, event, prom and banquet, festival, anti-aging) and self-makeup courses, in Bacău. The details of each service, its duration and its price are set at booking, depending on what you need.

Bookings

• Bookings are made via WhatsApp, phone (0752 702 577) or Instagram @puccadianaa.
• A booking is confirmed only after we settle together on the date, time, service and, where applicable, the deposit.
• For events (wedding, large event) I recommend a trial beforehand, so the result on the day is exactly as you want it.

Payments, deposit and cancellations

• The price of the service is the one communicated when the booking is confirmed.
• For certain services I may ask for a deposit to reserve the date · the amount and conditions are agreed at booking.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as early as possible, so I can free up the slot. The cancellation and deposit-refund conditions are those agreed at the time of booking.
• Failing to show up at the agreed time, without notice, may result in loss of the deposit.

Your responsibility

• Tell me in advance if you have allergies, skin sensitivities or dermatological conditions, so I can adapt the products. I do not offer services on skin with active lesions or infections.
• The result also depends on the condition of your skin and how it is cared for · I can advise you on how to prepare it beforehand.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, visual identity and content of this site belong to me or are used under license. You may not copy them or reuse them commercially without my written consent. The portfolio photographs are published with the consent of the people involved.

Limitation of liability

I do everything within my power to deliver a quality result, but I am not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed information (allergies not communicated) or from failure to follow the aftercare recommendations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreements we resolve amicably · if that is not possible, they fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
