How long it takes

Festival makeup takes around 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the look and the glitter or crystal details. For groups we agree the order and time in advance.

I only use cosmetic glitter

On the face and around the eyes I use exclusively glitter made for skin. Craft glitter, the kind from hobby shops, has sharp edges and can irritate the eyes or the skin. The difference does not show in the photograph, it is felt the next day.

How I apply it so it lasts

Glitter does not sit on dry skin. I set it on an adhesive base suited to the area, then build around it, so it does not migrate when you sweat or wipe your face.

I prepare the skin beforehand and set every layer, so the makeup holds from the first song to the last.

Crystals and accents

I apply crystals on request, in places that catch the light and survive movement. I choose them according to the look and to how far you want to go, from a few discreet accents through to a full build.

Resistance to heat and sun

At a festival you are working against three things at once: sun, perspiration and long hours. That is why I choose textures that do not melt and I set in layers, not only at the end.

Group looks

For a hen party or a whole group I keep the same direction of look, so the group looks unified in photographs, each with the look that suits her. The price is per person and we agree the order and the time in advance.

What products I use

I work with professional products bought by me. I am not a brand ambassador and I have no paid collaborations, so I choose strictly what holds up on skin and what looks good in photographs.

My kit includes YSL, Hourglass, Lancôme, Charlotte Tilbury, Pat McGrath, Natasha Denona, Make Up For Ever, MAC, Nars, Huda Beauty, Makeup by Mario, Rare Beauty and Fenty. I combine from several of them, depending on the skin type and on how long the event lasts.

Hours and travel

I work between 5:00 and 23:00, so I can take an appointment very early in the morning or one right before the event. I travel in Bacău and the surrounding area, Onești, Moinești, Comănești, Buhuși, plus Roman, Piatra Neamț and Adjud. The travel fee is agreed when booking, depending on the distance.

16 years of makeup

I have been doing makeup since 2010. I was invited as Head Makeup Artist at Miss England, at London Fashion Week and at private themed parties. I worked with the jewellery brand OPAL, on collection shoots.
